Use of the terms “registered”, “registered emails”, “send registered emails”, “certified”, “certified emails”, “send certified emails”, and “registered receipts” to describe the service/act of sending or receiving email in a verifiable digital format is strictly prohibited as an infringement of RPost Communications’ trademarks. RPost Communications is engaged in an ongoing campaign to convince the public that “REGISTERED EMAIL”, “CERTIFIED EMAIL”, and “REGISTERED RECEIPT” should not be used as anything other than as an adjective to describe RPost Communications’ “REGISTERED EMAIL” service or components of its service, and not in any of the manners described above. To this end, the company has written to publications and companies that have used the trademarks noted above in an improper manner and continues to diligently protect these and other trademarks.
RPost Communications’ trademarks may be used publicly only with permission from RPost Communications. Fair use of RPost Communications’ trademarks in advertising and promotion of RPost Communications products requires proper acknowledgement.

SINGLE COPY LICENSE
The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may download one copy of the information or software (“Materials”) found on RPost Communications’ websites on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial internal use only unless specifically licensed to do otherwise by RPost Communications by the End User License Agreement posted on www.rpost.com or as otherwise allowed by any license terms which accompany or are provided with individual Materials. This is a limited license, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the following restrictions. You may not:
- modify the Materials or use them for any commercial purpose, or any public display, performance, sale or rental;
- decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble software Materials except and only to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Materials;
- transfer the Materials to another person. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the Materials.
OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS

Except as expressly provided herein, RPost Communications and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to you by RPost Communications in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Materials. You grant RPost an unrestricted, irrevocable license to display, use, modify, perform, reproduce, transmit, and distribute any information you send to the RPost information or support email addresses or post on an RPost sponsored blog or support information board, for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes. You also agree that RPost is free to use any ideas, concepts, or techniques that you send RPost for any purpose, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products that incorporate such ideas, concepts, or techniques, unless otherwise specified by separate written agreement. RPost may, but is not obligated to, review or monitor areas on its site where users may transmit or post communications, including bulletin boards, chat rooms, and user forums.
TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE
RPost Communications may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will immediately destroy the Materials.
Links provided on this site are provided solely as a convenience to you and the provision of any such link does not constitute our endorsement of that site or its provider or of any of the content, products, or services contained or offered therein. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT RIGHTS
All RPost products and publications are commercial in nature. The software, publications, and software documentation available on this web site are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R.§2.101,consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are defined in 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(5)and 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(1), and used in 48 C.F.R.?12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, as applicable. Pursuant to 48 C.F.R. §12.212, 48 C.F.R.§252.227-7015,48 C.F.R. §227.7202 through 227.7202-4, 48C.F.R. §52.227-19, and other relevant sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable, RPost’s publications, commercial computer software, and commercial computer software documentation are distributed and licensed to United States Government end users with only those rights as granted to all other end users, according to the terms and conditions contained in the license agreements that accompany the products and software documentation, and the terms and conditions herein. Neither the U.S. Government nor any other government has endorsed RPost or the Registered Email system.
GENERAL BILLING TERMS
RPost reserves the right to monitor Customer’s Service usage parameters (“Service Usage”). Based on Customer’s actual Service Usage as solely determined by RPost in each one-month period during the Term of this Agreement, RPost reserves the right to bill in arrears for the incremental usage not paid for in advance. Per-month Service fees are billed in advance monthly. Service Usage above package allowance is billed in arrears monthly. Annual or multi-year plans are billed in advance and renews automatically at the end of the plan term. If Customer decides to cancel before the end of the plan term (monthly, annual, or multi-year), RPost has no obligation to provide partial refunds.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
RPost will charge Customer’s provided credit card or bill, as solely determined by RPost, at the prices and terms and conditions for the Services and related items as set forth on the RPost website. IN THE EVENT A PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE, AND IN THE ABSENCE OF A GOOD FAITH DISPUTE REGARDING SUCH PAYMENT, RPOST SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES AND PURSUE PAYMENT AND CHARGE A REINSTATEMENT FEE, IF APPLICABLE. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER REMEDIES WHICH MAY BE AVAILABLE TO RPOST, AT SUCH TIME THAT THE DELINQUENT PAYMENT(S), INCLUDING RPOST’S CHARGES FOR REINSTATING THE SERVICES, IS RECEIVED, CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES MAY BE RE-INSTATED AND THEN CONTINUE PER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. RPost reserves the right to increase pricing for renewal terms, provided RPost notifies Customer of any such price increases at least thirty (30) days before the end of the then current term or before institution of the price increase.
In no event will RPost be liable for any unauthorized use or misuse of Customer’s account number or password. Is the Responsibility of the Customer to protect the information provided by RPost.
NOTICES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
By using RPost services, you allow RPost to contact you (at RPost’s discretion) with information that RPost deems of possible interest. These notices and announcements include, but are not limited to, commercial emails and direct mailings concerning service changes, service/product upgrades, new services/products, or other relevant information.
RPost Communications and its suppliers further do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these materials. RPost Communications may make changes to these materials, or to the products described therein, at any time without notice. RPost Communications makes no commitment to update the Materials. Neither RPost Communications nor its subsidiaries offer legal advice, legal opinions, or legal guidance. Use of any of the materials or information contained on this website or any other RPost sponsored white papers, webinars and all other marketing material and service related emails should be used with caution and with no risk or liability to RPost.
