 How to Use Registered Reply

When sending a Registered Email message, the sender has the ability to not only track the delivery of their own message, but they can also track the delivery of the recipient’s reply to their message. To select this option, follow the steps below.

1. After composing a new email, and selecting the Send Registered button, select “More” in the bottom right corner of the options menu. If this has been already selected, you will see the text “less”.

2. Check the option for “Register Reply”.
