Will I know when the recipient has received and opened the email?

There is no system in the world (physical or electronic) that can tell if a letter or email has been opened 100% of the time, which is why the laws (state and federal) say you just need to prove delivery. This is similar to a FedEx®and Certified mail signature of the mail room attendant, receptionist or assistant of the receiver. The RPost system uses a variety of methods to establish the delivery status of Registered Email messages, and the ability to prove whether the message was opened depends on the technical configuration of the recipient environment. RPost can prove a message was opened in many but not all cases.
